Player Class Mechanics
One of the main difference between this game and those of its kind is the inclusion of a player class system. Linking this to the narrative, the idea is for players to use the backstories for the characters to choose the most appropriate class to play as.
Thinking about the classes, I've created a list of 4 player classes that should thematically link to the game and also provide differing gameplay styles for players to use whilst playing.
As part of this process I also thought about the types of skills that each player class would have along with how these would be balanced in the game so to maintain the tension.
