At Tranquil Turtle Studios, we believe emotional intelligence is as essential as academic achievement—and that play is one of its most powerful teachers.

Our vision is to create emotionally intelligent games that help children aged 4–8 explore, understand, and regulate their feelings through story-rich, developmentally grounded experiences.

What sets us apart: our entire development team are educators. Every game, toolkit, and resource is designed by people who’ve stood in classrooms, supported young learners, and understand the real-world needs of teachers and children alike.
We build modular, classroom-ready tools that support social-emotional learning (SEL), spark meaningful conversations, and provide data-informed insights to help tailor support to each child.

Acorn Valley – A World of Feelings and Friendship
Step into Acorn Valley, a story-rich game where children aged 4–8 explore emotions through play. Designed by educators, this story-driven game invites young players to journey alongside caring animal friends, learning to recognize, understand, and manage their feelings through play.

In every episode, children will practice developing skills in emotional awareness by identifying feelings in themselves and others, building regulation strategies through calming, problem-solving, and mindful choices, and gaining emotional clarity by reflecting on what those feelings mean and how to express them. These playful, guided experiences turn big emotions into opportunities for growth—helping children build confidence, resilience, and stronger connections with the world around them.
